"Try for a goal that's reasonable, and then gradually raise it"
This week my maximum run time was increased to 25 minutes...I'm pretty happy about it, it feels so good to be making progress, to be getting back to normal and to be on the road to reaching my 13.1 goals. Good things come to the patient I guess.

  1. Congrats! That's so exciting!! I'm going to make a deal with myself to get back on the running bandwagon, because good things can't come to those who don't try :-)
